David DeLong’s presentation: ‘Confronting the Threat of a Changing Workforce: A Framework for Action’ was ideal for the American Organization of Nurse Executives annual meeting audience. David’s presentation clearly outlined the very serious threat we face relative to ‘lost wisdom’ in nursing. He was able to frame and articulate why this particular problem could create both a crisis and an opportunity for our profession.
